I arrived in the field of human growth and development by way of a circuitous journey of lived experience. I’ve overcome many personal challenges, often the same things my clients come to me for, including the childhood death of a parent; enduring, surviving and recovering from chronic childhood abuse; managing mental illness - anxiety and depression brought on by complex PTSD; reckoning with sexual identity; divorce and remarriage; transracial open adoption; overcoming toxic workplace environments and reckoning with gender identity, understanding how masculinity and femininity have shaped me into the human I am.

In my own life journey, I have spent the past 44 years seeking a more integrated and less segmented way of being. I went from having zero self-worth to being someone who embodies a calm confidence no matter how intense the adversity is that stands before me. I’ve learned how to be resilient in my own human experience and I’ve come to realize that we all have the capacity to heal and grow from our deepest pains. I aim to provide a full spectrum of growth for clients - Psychological, Biological, Social and Spiritual.
